My web design and marketing studio for small businesses and online stores - the agency site at axidus.ai, and the in-house app the studio runs on, from finding leads to delivering the work.

Axidus is my web design and marketing studio for small businesses and online stores. It is two things I designed and built: the agency's site at axidus.ai, and a private in-house app that runs the studio - finding leads, keeping client records, sharing work with clients, and doing the research, audit, design and copy work with a team of AI specialists.
Axidus LLC started in May 2026 as a software company, and its first product was Hexcalibur. In the fall I began building a web app for freelancers and small agencies to run their client marketing work. Then I made a business decision: rather than spend months learning to sell that software to strangers, I would put it to work myself. In October, Axidus became an agency, axidus.ai became the agency's site, and the app became the tool the studio runs on.
The homepage leads with the outcome, not the method: "Websites and marketing that make you more money." Axidus is "a web design and marketing studio for small businesses and online stores. We build sites that sell, then send customers your way from Google, AI answers and the marketplaces."
The voice is written for owners, not marketers: plain words, the answer first, no invented numbers, and no leading with AI. The about page states the studio's principles the same way - one person start to finish, the price agreed before work starts, sales over looks, you own everything, and reports you can read.

The homepage is built as a sales argument: the promise, the platforms the studio works on, the common problems costing a business customers with a free site review beside them, the services, recent work and what it did, Google reviews, how a project goes from day one to every month after, a short introduction to me, and a project form.
Eighteen service pages cover websites (Shopify, WordPress, custom builds, redesigns, migrations, conversion and speed work, copywriting, landing pages), search (local SEO, e-commerce SEO and AI search visibility), and design and marketplaces (brand, graphics, product photography, and Amazon, eBay and Walmart listings). Six industry pages speak directly to contractors, landscapers, commercial cleaners, pest control, restaurants, and plumbers and HVAC companies.
Every page is written to be found and quoted. Each service page opens with a short, direct answer under its hero, so search engines and AI assistants have a clean passage to lift, and the site carries structured data for the organization, its services, FAQs and articles, plus an llms.txt. The blog links each post to the services it supports.

Small business owners struggle to picture a website before they buy one. So instead of a template gallery, Axidus has Concepts: complete, live websites for fictional businesses, built the way the studio would build a real client's site. It works like a builder's model home - walk through it, then have one made for you.
The first concept is a home remodeler's site in two very different styles: Ridgeline Builders, bold and family-run, and Hemlock & Slate, quiet and architect-led. Each is a full site on its own subdomain, clearly labeled as a concept, and I designed both logos. On phones, PageSpeed scores them 97 and 95, with 100 on desktop, accessibility and best practices.

Two forms do the converting: a project form that asks for the services, budget and current site, and a free site review that promises "the five things costing you the most customers" within two business days. Both are spam-protected and tracked as leads in GA4, behind a consent banner for visitors who need one.
The site is dark charcoal with one emerald accent, set in Manrope and Figtree, with a shared illustration kit so eighteen service pages share one visual language.

Behind the site is a private app that runs the studio day to day:
The work the specialists produce feeds straight into the build: my coding agent reads a client's approved plan, copy and style guide from the app and builds the site from them.
