Complete e-commerce redesign and rebrand for Deco Gear, driving a 134% increase in conversion rates and 188% YoY sales growth.
Deco Brands is an e-commerce company that owns sub-brands Deco Gear, Deco Chef, and Deco Home. The product offerings range from monitors, gaming peripherals, kitchen appliances, to home improvement tools.
I designed the Deco Gear store using Shopify. I also assist with SEO, image optimization, creating enhanced content product descriptions, product imagery and more.
The Deco Gear store got a complete redesign in October 2024 utilizing a new Shopify theme with a complete rebrand and marketing strategy.
To increase the user experience and refocus the brand's efforts on their mainline monitors, it was decided that the sub-brands would be removed from the site, and have the store be refocused solely on Deco Gear monitors and peripheral items.
With the help of another colleague who handled most of the content updates like product descriptions and titles, I redesigned the entire store from scratch with this brand vision in mind.
